This ice pack has always been a favorite of mine. I played all sorts of high-contact sports in highschool, and injured my ankles and have had knee problems (sounds fun right?) At my school, they used these icepacks regularly, and eventually the nurse gave me one of their old icepacks that they were going to get rid of. I received that one around 2006 and graduated in 2008. It's 2013 and that icepack STILL works perfectly as if it was new!! I can't even begin to explain how awesome these icepacks are. I bought the dozen so I could share, and I absolutely love them! One of the best purchases I've made yet :D
