I bought this for my 93yo mom who is hard of hearing and legally blind. She loves it. Especially push button pictures. Plenty loud.
Only cons are that making little pictures to fit the buttons is hard. Would be nice to have a template on the computer and print them out. Also, the photo buttons might break easy if you cycle pictures in them often. The ringer has two tone strings. And can be very loud. Sometimes it makes mom Jump In surprise.
We ended up buying two of them and programmed them identcally.
