I have adrenal insufficiency due to long term steroid use for asthma. While I finally got off steroids it did trash my adrenals. It is the same as chronic fatigue syndrome. Astounding! That is a must watch video even if you just skim though it. He hit the nail on the head with all the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. You don't have to have taken steroids to trash them. Stress really messes with adrenals which leads to a slippery slope of other problems.
As for this product this works for me!! If I stop taking it within a week I am dragging again. I don't rebuild adrenaline well. It takes me much longer than the average person. Just a hour or two drive can take me a few days to recover. Cleaning house has been impossible. As long as I stay on this product, I'm as good as the average person. I have to be sure not to really overdue but I have energy and I'm good!
