I ordered this powder to make my own hyaluronic acid solution that I use as a moisturizer. It seems to work just as well as the expensive ones I have purchased pre-made in the past. I followed their instructions and mixed the powder with distilled water. Really easy, but it helps to have one of those little battery powered hand mixers to get out any lumps. I love it and the fact that they said you could also ingest their powder helps assures me that it is pure. I only use it topically though as I have read that hyaluronic acid supplements are not well utilized by the body unless made from rooster comb, so take "Synovoderma" as a nutritional supplement and this as a topical lotion.
