These Lynco arch supports are excellent for a shoe with limited space for additional support. I often buy WalkFit supports, but they do not fit comfortably in every shoe. The Lynco support is more flexible and tends to form with your foot well. Lynco has frontal arch support which I need for Morton's Neuroma (sp?). These Lynco are expensive, but are one of the best "off the rack" supports available. I highly recommend these especially for doing lots of walking or standing. Amazon prices are good. I think I paid more at the Comfort Shoe store here in town.
