This was the first time I used the factor S products from Tigi...it is a really good shampoo n conditioner, my hair feels ALOT better softer and it even helped my split ends.
What I did not like about this was the fact that when it was shipped it wasn't properly packed and half of the shampoo spilled, I didn't bother to return it because I really wanted to try it. I placed a complain with the company n have yet to hear from them.
