I wanted a "heat pad", not a "warmer" so I got hold of this. Nice heating pad with variable temp control. Heats up pretty quickly up to 160+ and the temp seems to be holding well. Of course, the timer is not as long as an average user wants to it to be, but considering the added safety and energy saving that may be necessary in case someone forgets to switch it off. That said, a longer timer, say 2 hours would be very nice. Much better alternative than using click heat pads.
