I only use Nutri-Supreme because it's Kosher, and my body tends to respond better to the combinations this brand has in their supplements.

In terms of vitamins, supplements, etc,..I don't ever suggest brands normally. But this one and Solgar I must say have impressed me. I've had cancer before, so I cannot take anything that isn't pure. My regimen is as follows: I take these (4 pills), along with the Ultra-Multi (2 pills) once a day. And I shug that down with the Ultimate Health Blend (a fruit and veggie powder that tastes really good). I suggest taking Omega vitamins with food, because it tends to absorb more effectively. NOTE: These pills are huge btw, so be mindful of that. They are easy for me to swallow, but I'm used to it. They are nearly an inch long, and probably one of the only drawbacks from this supplement. However, these are the Super Omega pills, so if you need smaller they have it available.
