This brace, the second I put it on, was INSTANT relief. I have a subluxed, semi dislocated shoulder that has been nagging me for months. This was the best $40 I've spent in a while. As for the reviewer who gave it 2 stars b/c it was "too cumbersome" with all the straps, I totally disagree. The straps make it much more effective and customizable to your specific support needs. I won't wear my brace when I go on a date, so I could care less about how it looks under my shirt. How happy am I about this brace? Well, I'm writing a review of it the very day I got it....and I've never written a review on amazon despite shopping here for years. In short, if you need a shoulder brace, buy this one, you'll be glad you did.
