First of all, this product is great and worth 5 stars. I've been using it for the past 2 years and it is the most soothing after shave and moisturizer I have ever used. It is not a liquid after shave, there is no alcohol sting, just a very small amount does the job.

The problem was the advertized price/quantity from Vitamin Shoppe. Though the listing clearly states 1.2-Ounce Jar (Pack of 2), they will only send 1 jar.

After making a complaint through Amazon, Vitamin Shoppe agreed to send a second jar with the following reply: "We do apologize for any confusion. Item is sold as 1 box. On your order we show that you ordered 1 each of this item. As a 1 time courtesy I will send out another box for you. If this item is not labeled correctly with Amazon, you will need to be in contact with Amazon for a resolution. We are not responsible for pricing or typographical errors on Amazon web site."
