I am on my second pregnancy and have developed a very sore vulva varicose vein. I had it with my first pregnancy but it didn't bother me at all, and actually didn't appear until later in the pregnancy. Currently I am in my 5th month, I do a lot of standing with my job and by the end of the day my nether region was quite tender. My OB/Gyn doctor told me to try the V2 support and so far it has helped tremendously. It does chafe some in the groin depending on how long you wear it. The sizes run on the smaller size. I ordered a large and I think it fits my hips well and I can feel the support it gives. The adjusting straps that go around the back do cause some itching from the velcro, so definitely wear coverage underwear underneath the support.
